Thumper's Tuna Pasta Casserole

This simple savoury casserole is a snap and a family favorite.


Serves: 4 

  • 1 can (425g) tuna
  • 250g frozen peas
  • 1 can (420g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) milk
  • 1½ cups uncooked small pasta
  • ½ teaspoon. salt

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Cook the pasta according to packet directions. Drain the tuna, place it into a medium sized casserole dish and break it into even sized pieces with a fork.
  2. Cook the peas according to packet directions and set aside. Stir the soup into the tuna and add in the milk a little at a time.
  3. Add peas, pasta and salt to tuna mixture and stir everything together. Bake in preheated oven for for 30 minutes.
