These are a yummy meatball containing beef, herbs and rice that are slow cooked in a tomato soup. Easy and delicious.


Serves: 4 

  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 cup (155g) uncooked rice
  • 2 (400g) tins tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, to taste

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

  1. In a bowl mix the onion, beef, herbs and uncooked rice then thoroughly mix.
  2. Form into small balls.
  3. Place soups and sugar in a saucepan then heat until slightly simmering.
  4. Add meatballs and cook for approx 1 hour, water may be added if the soup becomes too thick.
