Pull out bite size pieces of bread from loaf until the loaf is hollow but the shell is intact.
Add the cream cheese, spring onions, bacon, sour cream, cream and cheese into a bowl then mix well.
Heat the bowl on high in microwave for about 2 minutes.
Place bread shell into a baking tray with the tufts of bread arranged around the shell. Pour the mixture into hollowed bread shell and bake in moderate oven for about 20 - 25 minutes until the mixture has melted.
