This recipe for banana and sultana spring rolls is easy and quick to make. They are great served with ice cream or whipped cream. You could even sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top when serving.
Cut the bananas into 3 pieces each. Separate 6 spring roll sheets then place a piece of banana diagonally across the corner and sprinkle with brown sugar and sultanas.
Roll up like you would a normal spring roll, repeat until all the banana pieces have been wrapped.
Deep fry until golden on the outside and serve hot or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
