Chewy Chocolate Overload Biscuits

    20 minutes

These biscuits look deliciously disgusting when the dough is raw; their unofficial name in our house is 'The Poo Cookies'. They are delicious to taste, but should never be eaten without a cold glass of milk on standby, to un-goo your mouth!

    1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees C and grease a baking tray.
    2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
    3. In a food processor, mix sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa, milk chocolate bits, white chocolate bits, macadamia nuts and sultanas with the melted ingredients
    4. Drop rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking tray. You can make them big or small according to taste.
    5. Bake for ten minutes then cool on a cake rack.
    6. These biscuits are at their best when still warm and sticky in the middle. The dough can also be enjoyed raw; try one scoop biscuit dough with one scoop vanilla ice-cream.
