This variation on the classic daiquiri uses ripe mangoes. Serve it with a spring of mint. Drink up!!

Serves: 4 

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 6 nips (180ml) Bacardi or white rum
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into chilled cocktail glasses.
