This variation on the classic daiquiri uses ripe mangoes. Serve it with a spring of mint. Drink up!!
1 large ripe mango, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoons caster sugar
6 nips (180ml) Bacardi or white rum
3 cups ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into chilled cocktail glasses.
