- 3 cups icing sugar, sifted
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon glycerine
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice

- Put the sifted icing sugar and the egg whites into a large mixing bowl and beat together until they are smooth, white and fluffy. Beat the glycerine and lemon juice into the egg white mixture.
