I have never cooked Duck before and in my usual style, go out on a limb for my dinner guests, they never quite know what they are going to get when invited to dine with us. I prepared this delicious duck dish and it was fantastic. My guests are still raving about it. I would have taken a photo but it didn't last long enough! Thanks. It is now Christmas 2015 and l have once again prepared this dish for our guests.... I had forgotten how good it was, and again it was fantastic... 🤗.
