Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 3 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 32 medium, cooked prawns, peeled and deveined, tails left intact
  • 1 quantity cocktail sauce (recipe on this website)
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Directions

  1. Arrange the shredded lettuce in the base of four individual serving bowls (preferably glass). Top with the prawns. Drizzle with the cocktail sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
