To help wean you off soft drinks and fruit juice drinks, we've created this delightfully refreshing frappé with fresh peaches. If you can't find apple cranberry juice, use half cloudy apple juice and half cranberry juice. Taste for sweetness and add sugar or lemon juice to adjust the flavour.

Make a nick in the lines of the peaches. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and drop peaches in the water for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl of iced water. Peel off skin and chop peaches.
