This chutney or relish is quick and easy as it uses cranberry sauce from a jar. It's a blend of spiced apple, cranberry, apricots and raisins and is delicious. It does taste better after it has chilled for at least 3 hours.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 20

    • 1 large apple - peeled, cored and diced
    • 315g cranberry sauce
    • 30g chopped dried apricots
    • 125g raisins
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

We loved it! I first processed the cut up dried apricots and then added the raisins. This made it easier for the kids to enjoy. Thanks, Jeanie Bean  -  27 Oct 2001  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
