I needed enough for at least 12 people and couldn't get enough kiwi on short notice, so I modified it by using a mix of kiwi, strawberries and blueberries. Absolutely wonderful! The only change I would make in the future is to add the strawberries immediately before serving, because the strawberries in the juice discolor the kiwi. This was good. Definitely a 5 for ease. I served it up to guests as I had been given a lot of kiwi fruit. It went down really well. They all loved it & raved. When I told them how easy it was they raved even more & wanted the recipe. They all gave it a 4. - 08 Sep 2009
