These are perfectly gooey chocolate brownies, with specks of white chocolate chips to make them even more delicious!

250g white sugar

4 eggs

225g unsalted butter
-
225g plain chocolate
-
75g cocoa powder
-
75g self-raising flour, sifted

110g white chocolate chips, chopped
Preparation method

Cook: 25 minutes
1.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease or line a baking tray.
2.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs.
3.
Melt the butter and chocolate together either in a medium-sized bowl over a pan of boiling water, or in the microwave. Add this to the sugar and eggs.
4.
In a small bowl, combine the flour and cocoa powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture.
5.
Stir in the white chocolate chips, and pour the mixture into the baking tray.
6.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Used different ingredients.
Awesome recipe! i replaced white sugar with a packed cup of dark brown sugar for extra rich flavour!
