Baked Bananas with Chocolate

Serves: 4
- 4 Large bananas
- 20 grams white chocolate
- 20 grams milk chocolate
- 80 ml maple syrup (or golden syrup)
- 80 grams of good quality ice cream - honeycomb or hokey pokey

- Preheat oven 160 degrees. Slice the bananas down the middle lengthways but don't cut right through.
- Put bananas in an oven dish, cut side up, and bake until slightly turning brown (10-12 minutes)
- Remove from oven and divide the chocolate evenly down the middle of the bananas. Place back in oven until the chocolate has melted.
- Place each banana on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup and a scoop of ice-cream.
