I wanted to make this for the filling for the One Bowl Chocolate Cake - was a bit disappointed when it turned out a pale mocha colour but it tasted great. So I put it between 2 layers of chocolate cake and left it for a bit. I have to have my chocolate cake hot so I later heated up and to my amazement & delight, the icing turned to a darker more chocolatey/fudge icing in the microwave - even more gorgeous!!! I was looking for an easy chocolate icing and decided to try this one. I made it and thought it looked nothing like the picture, it looked more like buttercream icing. I tasted it and wow utterly gorgeous! I used it to decorate some fairy cakes for the kids, those fairy cakes were gone on the same day! It makes a good quantity too so goes quite far!
