Easy Chicken Korma

This is a great korma recipe you can make when you don't have time to put together something more elaborate.
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups (500ml) chicken stock
2-4 teaspoons curry powder
100g plain yoghurt
- Melt butter in a large saucepan until sizzling and brown the chicken. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken stock and curry powder and bring to the boil. Turn heat down and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir in yoghurt, mix well and enjoy!
