This is a great korma recipe you can make when you don't have time to put together something more elaborate.


Serves: 2 

  • 50g butter
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (500ml) chicken stock
  • 2-4 teaspoons curry powder
  • 100g plain yoghurt

Preparation:30min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan until sizzling and brown the chicken. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken stock and curry powder and bring to the boil. Turn heat down and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and stir in yoghurt, mix well and enjoy!
