Easy Tandoori Chicken

    This is a tasty recipe that takes all the fuss out of preparing tandoori chicken. Serve with rice and naan bread as part of an Indian meal.

    • 1 large chicken breast
    • 75g tandoori curry paste
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • Juice of 1 lemon, divided
    • 2 teaspoons fresh coriander
    • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

    1. Coat chicken in tandoori paste and half of the lemon juice. Cook in a medium oven until the juices run clear, about 40 minutes.
    2. Mix together natural yoghurt, ginger, cayenne pepper, coriander and the rest of lemon juice. Use as a sauce for the chicken.
