This reminds me of the Flintstones, the big drumstick of meat that Fred is always eating! This is so easy a child could make it!!

Ingredients
1 turkey leg, skin removed
1/2 celeriac, peeled and chopped
1/2 swede, peeled and chopped
1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
500m chicken stock
Preparation method
1.
Place the turkey, celeriac, swede and sweet potato into a slow cooker. Pour in chicken stock and cover with a lid. Cook on medium for 8 hours or low for 10 hours.
