Chocolate and Orange Fondue

    This is a beautiful dessert fondue that uses chocolate with fresh orange and orange liqueur. Use the normal assortment of items to dip.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 1/4 cups (310ml) thickened cream
    • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
    • 370g dark chocolate, diced
    • 1 tablespoon orange zest
    • 1 teaspoon orange liqueur

    1. Heat the cream and orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to bubble at the edges.
    2. Remove from the heat and immediately whisk in the chocolate, orange zest and orange liqueur until smooth.
    3. Serve in a fondue pot over the lowest heat setting or farthest from the heat source.
