Even kids will love this roasted cauliflower with garlic and parmesan cheese. You can increase the amount of spices to your own taste if you like.
I didn't have enough time to make this before dinner so, to speed things up I steamed the cauliflower in the microwave first for 5-8 mins then tossed them in the frypan with garlic, chilli and chopped basil and parsley for a few minutes.
