    Even kids will love this roasted cauliflower with garlic and parmesan cheese. You can increase the amount of spices to your own taste if you like.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 1-1 1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
    • 1/2 cup (60g) grated Parmesan cheese
    • salt and black pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Grease a large casserole dish.
    2. Place the olive oil, garlic and cauliflower in the casserole dish and mix well.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley and grill for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.

    I didn't have enough time to make this before dinner so, to speed things up I steamed the cauliflower in the microwave first for 5-8 mins then tossed them in the frypan with garlic, chilli and chopped basil and parsley for a few minutes. Added parmesan cheese at the end and it turned out great! - 05 Sep 2009
