Banana and Fresh Pineapple Smoothie

    You can make this delicious smoothie with orange or apple juice instead of pineapple if you prefer. Easy and healthy.

    Serves: 1 

    • 4 ice cubes
    • 1/4 fresh peeled pineapple, cut into chunks
    • 1 large banana
    • 1 cup (250ml) pineapple, orange or apple juice

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Place ice cubes, pineapple, banana and choice of fruit juice into the bowl of a blender. Blend on high speed until until smooth.
    2. Pour into a large glass and drink through a straw - bliss!

    Just made one of these for two people, worked very well. Half a can of sliced pineapple with its juices, two bananas, and probably 10 ice cubes all up. The Mrs. was very impressed.  -  05 Nov 2011


    Used different ingredients. This smoothie is excellent and very tasty. Notation: you can add natural canned pineapple as well when you are short on time i tried it w/canned pineapple as well it was tasty also.  -  29 Sep 2008
