The sour cream in this recipe tastes tastes great with the ham and broccoli.
375g spinach or tricolour fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
375g chopped cooked ham
500g broccoli florets, blanched
1/2 cup (125ml) sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
- Bring a large sauceapn of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and return to pot.
- Heat oil in a large heavy frypan over medium heat. Fry onion until soft and transparent.
- Stir in ham and heat through. Mix onion, ham and broccoli with pasta in pan. Mix in sour cream until evenly coated.
