    If you cut the chicken into 3cm (ish) cubes this makes great party finger food. Serve with a chutney style dip.

    Serves: 8 

    • 450g chicken, cubed
    • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
    • 1 teaspoon garlic
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • salt to taste
    • 150 ml plain yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespooons chopped fresh coriander
    • 1 tablespoon oil

    1. In a medium bowl mix together the chicken pieces with ginger,garlic, chilli, turmeric, salt, yoghurt, lemon juice and coriander, and marinate for 2 hours.
    2. When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium. Line a shallow baking tray with foil and grease with the oil
    3. PLace the chicken in the tray and grill for 15 to 20 munites or until cooked, turning and basting 2-3 times.
