    These are a great appetiser for a party and super simple to make since there are only three ingredients.

    Serves: 10 

    • 10 small ripe tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup pesto
    • 1 cup (125g) grated Parmesan cheese

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out the flesh from the centre of each half. Fill pocket with pesto and sprinkle generously with cheese. Place tomato halves in a well oiled baking dish.
    3. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly and slightly browned. Serve warm.
