amazing recipe, I have an egg allergy so was perfect. I have a veggie round for xmas so didnt put in the gellatine but used a little icing sugar to stiffen and added a vanilla pod. My son was in heaven scrapping out the bowl, I'm sure it will go down very well tomorrow, thank you  -  24 Dec 2011  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

My favourite cheesecake! This is now one of my specialities! Very easy to follow, great cake - could do with photos as only happened upon this by chance. Have altered recipe slightly to accommodate my tastes.  -  24 Jun 2012  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
