Used different ingredients. My friend, Bhawna, who is Indian, made me lunch one day and whipped up Roti bread traditionally and she used chikpea flour especially purchased from an indian food supplier. Very Easy, turned out great. Kept the left over dough wrapped in cling wrap and used again the next night also. - 02 Jan 2013
