Olive oil with Italian herbs is so easy to prepare and use in your cooking. Great for dipping bread.


Serves: 12 

  • 6 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Place basil, thyme, rosemary and oregano in a 375ml (1 1/2 cup) bottle. Using a funnel, pour oil into bottle. Cover tightly, and refrigerate unused portions. Use within 2 to 3 days.
