    This is a super easy yoghurt cake and the best thing about it is you can change it up by using different flavours of yoghurt or adding nuts and chocolate chips, etc.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 cake

    • 250ml yoghurt, any flavour you like
    • 600g caster sugar
    • 250g self raising flour
    • 4 eggs

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees C and grease a 20cm cake tin.
    2. In a mixing bowl combine yoghurt and caster sugar and beat well. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    3. Gradually sift in the flour while mixing. Beat the batter about 30 seconds then pour into the cake tin. Bake 1 hour.
