Impossible Pie

This is a nice moist coconut pie - easy as and quick to make. It forms its own base. A great little dessert treat. I make it in a blender but you can mix it however you want.

TammyWunderOyler, in Australia we use the Celcius scale. 180 C is about 360 F.

180 degrees for 45 minutes did absolutely nothing!! Maybe be the wrong temp for American ovens!!!

TammyWunder, it SAID 180 degrees c. Just convert it... 356 degrees f.

I have been using this recipe for over 20 years. Absolutely love it. I just use a hand held mixer and it turns out perfect Always a hit with everyone who eats it :-)

This is the easiest pie I ever made and it's delicious! This will be a regular dessert for us and especially when we see the grandkids. I did add about 1/2 cup extra coconut on top before baking and used Half and Half instead of milk.
