    Fried peanut butter, banana and bacon sandwich on white bread. I'm not saying it's healthy but it is excellent for an occasional treat and when you're listening to the King.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
    • 2 slices white bread
    • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
    • 3 cooked bacon rashers
    • butter for spreading

    Directions

    1. Spread the peanut butter on one side of one slice of bread. Top with sliced banana, then the cooked bacon. Cover with the other slice of bread. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
    2. Heat a frypan over a medium heat. Fry the sandwich buttered side down and butter the upper side while its frying.
    3. Fry on both sides until they are golden brown and the peanut butter is melted-about 5 minutes total.
