Make the most of in-season yellow nectarines in this flavoursome conserve. Make sure your nectarines are nice and ripe. Nectarines can be replaced with white nectarines or yellow peaches if you prefer.
To test if the conserve is ready, place a teaspoon of the conserve on a saucer that has been chilled in the freezer. If the conserve gels on the plate, its ready. If it is still runny, cook a little longer then retest.
