Combine the beef mince, half the barbecue sauce, the Worcestershire, paprika, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Mix well. Shape into four 2cm-thick patties.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked as desired. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Add the onion to the same pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the pre-packaged coleslaw and toss until combined.
Place the toasted bread roll bases on serving plates. Top with spinach leaves, coleslaw and beetroot. Place a burger on top of each; add some onion and remaining barbecue sauce. Sandwich with roll tops and serve.
