Keto and Vegan Chocolate Almond Balls

    These no-bake vegan and keto energy bites, made with only five ingredients, are so simple and easy to make! Perfect for a healthy snack on the go.

    • 1/2 cup (60g) almond flour
    • 1/2 cup (125g) almond butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup (130g) vegan chocolate chips
    • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds

    1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    2. Combine almond flour, almond butter and vanilla extract in a bowl; mix until well combined and a soft dough is formed.
    3. Shape dough into 1cm balls and place on the prepared baking tray. Freeze until set, about 20 minutes.
    4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 2-3 minutes.
    5. Dip cookie balls in the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and let sit until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes.
