Summer Fruits Yoghurt Sorbet

    Today it was 32ºC so we decided we would not survive without ice cream. Instead of buying some, we whipped up some homemade sorbet. We used berries for the darker sorbet and a forest fruit mix of currents, raspberries and strawberries for the lighter sorbet.

    Serves: 3 

    • 1 ripe banana, roughly chopped
    • 240g frozen summer fruits
    • 80g natural yoghurt

    1. Place ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth. Transfer to a plastic tub.
    2. Place in the freezer and mix every 30 minutes until frozen. Once fully frozen, scoop into bowls and serve.
