Greek Chocolate and Mixed Nut Balls

    So simple to make and fun for the kids to help too! Balls can also be rolled in dessicated coconut or 100's & 1000's if you prefer.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 36 small balls

    • 500g dark chocolate, chopped
    • 20g butter
    • 150g walnuts, finely chopped
    • 175g unsalted peanuts, finely chopped
    • 175g almond kernals, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup caster sugar, plus more for rolling
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

    Directions

    1. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat.
    2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    3. Roll mixture into small balls, then roll in some sugar to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
