This smoothie bowl is a complete meal in one bowl! The macadamia milk can be replaced with cow's or almond milk. Any fruit of choice can be used for the top. Serve the smoothie immediately before all the bits sink to the bottom of the bowl!
Place the berries, macadamia milk, yoghurt and 1/4 cup of the muesli in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 2 serving bowls. Arrange the blueberries, nectarine, shaved coconut and remaining cereal in rows on top of the smoothie. Serve immediately.
