    • 2 cups (500ml) skim milk
    • 200g tub low-fat vanilla yoghurt
    • 150g frozen mixed berries, unthawed
    • 2 tablespoons LSA (ground linseed, sunflower sesds and almond) mix

    1. Place ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
