Whipped White Chocolate Ganache

    White chocolate ganache is easy to make using only 2 ingredients: white chocolate chips and whipping cream.

    Serves: 20 

    • 1 cup (250ml) whipping cream
    • 350g white chocolate chips

    1. Heat cream in a saucepan until nearly boiling; pour over white chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cover and refrigerate until cool, about 4 hours.
    2. Beat ganache with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.


    The melted chocolate and cream will turn a pale yellow. This is normal. When whipped, it will regain its white colour.
