Smoothie Stack

    A smoothie stack is simply different flavoured smoothies layered in a tall glass so you can see all the different fruits and colours. This one has banana, mango, raspberries and strawberries but the possibilities are endless!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 4 or 5 frozen mango cubes
    • 1 banana, divided
    • 3 tablespoons yoghurt, divided
    • 1 tablespoon water, or to taste
    • 4 or 5 raspberrries
    • 4 or 5 blueberries
    • 2 or 3 strawberries
    • a few ice cubes (optional)

    Directions

    1. Mix mango, half a banana, 2 tablespoons yoghurt and a tablespoon or so of water. Puree with an immersion blender and pour into the bottom of a tall glass to form the first layer.
    2. Slice some of the remaining banana into thin slices and stick them against the inside of the glass, just above the first layer of the smoothie. This is purely for show!
    3. Puree the rest of the banana, the remaining 1 tablespoon yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, ice cubes and a little water if needed until smooth; pour it very carefully on top of the mango smoothie. Stick a straw in it and enjoy!
