Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

    Crack the eggs , milk and water into a mixing bowl and beat them until they turn pale yellow colour. Add salt and black pepper Heat nonstick pan on medium heat. Add oil or butter Now pour eggs in to the pan. Don't stir. Let the eggs cook for a minute or until the bottom start to set. With spatula gently push one edge of the egg in to the centre of the pan. Repeat the other edges until there is no liquid left Remove the scrambled egg in to the serving plate and garnish with green onion leaves and smoke paprika. Enjoy hot with some toasted bread
