    Labneh is a Lebanese yoghurt dip or spread. It is made by blending Greek yoghurt with olive oil and fresh herbs. Using a very good olive oil is crucial to the flavour.

    Serves: 12 

    • 300g Greek yoghurt
    • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt, or to taste

    1. Mix Greek yoghurt, olive oil, mint, dill and salt together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.
