Breakfast W Banana Bliss Balls!

    • almonds 1/3 cup
    • dried banana 1/3 cup (a little bit more than banana starch)
    • green banana starch 1/3 cup (a little less than dried banana)
    • creamed coconut 2 table spoons
    • raw honey 2 table spoons
    • shredded coconuts just a little bit for coating


    1. We used tropical harvest dried bananas, cairns honey, and niulife creamed coconut, cairns honey for this recipe.
    2. Place the almonds into your food processor and blend until the nuts become powdery.
    3. Add all the other ingredients into 2 and blend until the mixture becomes like paste.
    4. Roll into balls and roll into shredded coconuts and leave in the fridge for 15 minurtes and serve!


    Dried bananas' chewy texture is also what we like about this bliss ball!
