1 Dolmio Extra Red Wine & Italian Herbs Pasta Sauce Jar
Fresh egg lasagna sheets
2 cup Milk
4 tbsp Butter/Margerine
2 tbsp flour
1 garlic, diced
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Salt
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp dried Italian herb mix
Shredded tasty cheese
Directions
Meat sauce: Brown onions and garlic in medium-high pan, add beef mince- season well with salt and pepper and cook - add sauce. Add chicken stock, add Worcestershire sauce, add italian herbs.
Make bechamel sauce: In a separate pan, melt together butter and milk, add salt, nutmeg and a pinch of pepper. Add flour and mix till saucy!
In an ovenproof dish (grease first) or foiled dish: Layer meat sauce, bechamel and then lasagne sheets and finish with a sprinkle of tasty shredded cheese.
Bake 180c for 45 minutes.
Tip
You can use also use passata as a cheaper option or any kind of pasta sauce.
