Egg in bread

Directions

1. Butter the bread both sides
2. Cut a hole with a medium circular cookie cutter
3. Heat up a fry pan and place bread and the circle in the frypan and crack the egg into the "Basket"
4. Wait until the underside is a golden brown (about 1:30) then flip **carefully**
5. Quickly put half a hand full of the cheese onto the bread "toast" season with salt and pepper
6. When the underside is done put on your plate and dine

Tip

If you don't have butter you can use spray oil in the pan ***the cheese should melt***
