Green Tea Smoothie


    Spinach, kiwi fruit, avocado and banana are blended with green tea for a nourishing smoothie with an added kick from ginger.

    • 1 cup (250ml) brewed green tea, chilled
    • 30g fresh spinach leaves
    • 1 kiwi, peeled
    • 1/4 avocado
    • 1 banana, broken into chunks and frozen
    • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

    1. Combine green tea, spinach, kiwi, avocado, banana and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth.
