Peel and Cut up the potatos in to quarters and put them in the pot full of water and let cook on high heat or untill they are soft.
Dice half of one red onion and a full Carrot but make sure you cut the ends of the carrot before dicing it.
Make sure you have the oven at 180 degrees if its fan forced or 200 degrees if not fan forced,
Make your oven proof dish has non stick cooking spray on it before putting the puff Pastry in it, You need on sheet of puff Pastry on the of the dish, then one on each side make sure you put a egg wash over it to make it stick, put the dish aside for a bit.
Brown the mince, put in carrot and onion, salt and pepper and three table spoons of traditional gravey with some water, let it all cook together then put in the dish where the puff Pastry was in.
Once the potatos are done mash the potatos , then put it on top of the mixture.
put in oven for 45 mins or till the Pastry Golden brown, then take it out let cool for five mins, then serve.
