Mars Bar Balls with Crunchy Salted Caramel

    You just can't go wrong with chocolate mars and salty caramel chunks. They are divine. Proud that they are my own creation.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 packet chocolate ripple biscuits
    • 5 mars bars (regular size)
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa
    • 1 packet salted caramel sprinkles
    • 1 tin condensed milk
    • dessicated coconut, for rolling

    Preparation:20min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour20min 

    1. Blitz the biscuits and the mars bars and place in a large bowl.
    2. Stir in the cocoa, the salted caramel sprinkles then the condensed milk. Continue stirring until well combined.
    3. Roll the mixture into balls then roll in the coconut until well coated. Refrigerate until set. Remove balls from fridge about 15 minutes before eating.
