This smoothie is jam-packed with nutrients. It's good for you, vegan-friendly and tastes delicious. It contains around 2 portions of fruit and vegetables. Banana is liquidised with kale, soya milk, linseed and maple syrup.


Serves: 1 

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup light unsweetened soya milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  1. Place the banana, kale, soya milk, linseed and maple syrup into a liquidiser. Cover and puree until smooth. Serve over ice.
