Delicious Green Smoothie

    This is a delicious green smoothie with only four ingredients--coconut milk, banana, mango and spinach. You can substitute kale for the spinach.

    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1 banana
    • 1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
    • 3/4 cup fresh spinach, or to taste

    1. Blend coconut milk, banana, mango, and spinach together in a blender until smooth.

    Delicious, it is. Juice, it is not. This has the consistency of a smoothy, but don't get me wrong, it has a wonderful flavour.     I used Silk "coconutmilk." I think real coconut milk would be too thick for me in this smoothie. I used a frozen banana and frozen mango chunks, which made it icy and cold, like I like it.     I used Silk coconut milk and both my banana and mangoes were frozen. This is definitely a smoothie not juice as Buckwheat Queen stated. Very good, regardless of whether it's juice or a smoothie.  -  19 May 2017  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
