Mighty Melon Green Tea Smoothie

    Cantaloupe, pear and pineapple team up with green tea and mint for a light and lovely smoothie. Yogurt adds protein to make it a delicious meal replacement.

    • 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
    • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks (or rock-melon)
    • 1 pear, cored and cut into chunks
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 4 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste

    1. Combine tea, pineapple, cantaloupe, pear, yogurt and mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth.
